Sew yourself a lightweight, breathable kerchief with a visor. It is large enough to cover your entire head, hairline and neck. Such a kerchief with a visor will protect your head and eyes from the hot sun's rays, and hide your hair loss from prying eyes.

The kerchief sewing pattern is multi-size and includes 12 sizes, Find your size:

How to measure the head circumference? Place the string or tape measure around your head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above your ears, completely circling your head. See the photo gallery.
To sew a kerchief with visor you will need:
- 2 yards (2 meters) of 58 – 60 inches (1,5 meter) wide soft, thin and lightweight cotton shirting fabric for your kerchief, suitable for small to large size kerchief.
- A scrap of cotton jeans fabric for the visor. Scrap size is 35 1/2 inches x 14 inches (90 cm x 35 cm). This scrap size is suitable for small to large size visors.
- A scrap of fusible interfacing (woven or nonwoven) for the visor. Scrap size is 16 inches x 6 inches (41 cm x 15 cm). This scrap size is suitable for small to large size visors.
Tutorial and sewing patterns - all measurements are given in inches (in) and centimeters (cm).
All sewing patterns have seam allowances.
Sewing patterns you can print out on both US Letter and A4 size paper. Each size (US Letter and A4) is printed separately.
US Letter size paper measurements: 8.5 inches x 11.0 inches (21,6 cm x 27,9 cm).
A4 size paper measurements: 8.3 inches x 11.7 inches (21,0 cm x 29,7 cm).
