A pattern and tutorial for a warm and comfortable winter beanie hat. The hat is made of soft, fluffy, and elastic fleece fabric. The hat does not have top darts, but it has a sewn-on double folded cuff band. The hat is not oversize, but it is slouchy.

Although the hat is made of one layer, it will still warm your head, because it is made of medium-thick fleece fabric. This hat will also work well for chemotherapy patients and people who lose their hair.

Please Note. The hat sewing pattern is colored, so you will need a color printer to print out it.

Fleece hat sewing pattern includes 8 sizes, The size chart is:

XXL size fits: 24 3/4 – 25 1/2 inches (63 - 65 cm) adult/ man head circumference

L/XL size fits: 23 1/2 - 24 1/2 inches (60 - 62 cm) adult/ man head circumference

M/L size fits: 22 1/2 - 23 1/4 inches (57 - 59 cm) adult/woman head circumference

S/M size fits: 21 1/4 – 22 inches (54 - 56 cm) adult/woman head circumference

XS size fits: 20 - 20 3/4 inches (51 - 53 cm) teens head circumference

2XS size fits: 19 – 19 3/4 inches (48 – 50 cm) child head circumference

3XS size fits: 17 3/4 – 18 1/2 inches (45 – 47 cm) toddler head circumference

4XS size fits: 16 1/2 – 17 1/4 inches (42 – 44 cm) baby head circumference

How to measure the head circumference. Place the string or tape measure around the head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above the ears, completely circling the head.

To sew this hat, then you will need:

Medium-thick fluffy and soft stretch fleece fabric: 39 inches (1 meter) wide – 1 yd (1 meter). This amount of fleece fabric will fit any size of the hat.

Tutorial and sewing patterns - all measurements are given in inches (in) and centimeters (cm).

All sewing patterns have seam allowances.

Sewing patterns you can print out on both US Letter and A4 size paper. Each size (US Letter or A4) is printed separately.

You can use my sewing patterns to sew hats and sell them.
