Sew this sun visor yourself. It will protect your eyes from direct sunlight. If you have lost your hair as a result of chemotherapy, you can wear it with a thin breathable scarf, which will protect your head from sunlight and hide the absence of hair.

PLEASE NOTE. This PDF sewing pattern is in black and white. You will need only a black color to print it.

The visor headband sewing pattern is multi-size and includes 3 sizes, Find your size:

Head circumference // Visor size :

20 1/2 – 21 5/8 inches (52 – 55 cm) // S size

22 – 23 1/4 inches (56 – 59 cm) // M size

23 5/8 – 24 7/8 inches (60 – 63 cm) // L size

How to measure the head circumference? Place the string or tape measure around your head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above your ears, completely circling your head. See the photo gallery.

To sew visor headband you will need:

A scrap of the soft flannel fabric: 31 1/2 x 17 3/4 inches (80 x 45 cm).
A scrap of the cotton denim fabric: 31 1/2 x 33 inches (80 x 84 cm).
A Velcro® tape: 4 x 3/4 inches (10 x 2 cm).
A scrap of the non woven fusible interfacing (one side with glue and looks like a sheet of the paper): 31 1/2 x 33 inches (80 x 84 cm).
Please Note, These scraps sizes and Velcro® tape size are suitable for small to large size visors.

Tutorial and sewing patterns - all measurements are given in inches (in) and centimeters (cm).

All sewing patterns have seam allowances.

Sewing patterns you can print out on both US Letter and A4 size paper. Each size (US Letter and A4) is printed separately.

US Letter size paper measurements: 8.5 inches x 11.0 inches (21,6 cm x 27,9 cm).

A4 size paper measurements: 8.3 inches x 11.7 inches (21,0 cm x 29,7 cm).
